Anticipation is building (i.e. I am definitely drooling right now).
Why does Corner Bistro have such a permanent place in my heart? Maybe its because they just downright have good burgers. Maybe because it is part pub part burger joint (emphasis on the pub part). Maybe its cause they haven't changed their decor for as long as I can remember. Or, maybe it's because the menu is so freakin simple:
1. would you like cheese on your burger?
2. would you like bacon on your burger?
3. would you like a side of fries?
Done.
I like simplicity. I like that they do their burgers so well they don't NEED to offer you anything else.
Also, I know that when you find something/someone/some place that you connect with like that - you gotta hold on to it no matter what.
